Guidelines for
Students
Personal Conduct: Students are expected to maintain personal hygiene, adhere to the school
uniform code, and wear their identity cards at all times.
Punctuality: Students should arrive at least 10 minutes before the assembly bell and carry
their belongings according to the timetable.
Behavior: Respectful and courteous behavior towards teachers, elders, and peers is mandatory.
Use of abusive language or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
Electronic Gadgets: Electronic devices such as mobile phones are not allowed on school
premises.
Transportation: Students riding motorbikes or scooters must possess a valid license and wear
helmets as per safety regulations.
Nutrition: Students from 6th standard to 8th standard must consume "Mid Day Meal". The rest
are encouraged to bring healthy and nutritious food to school.
Jewelry and Cosmetics: Wearing of jewelry, valuable articles, and cosmetics is not permitted.
Attendance: Regular attendance is required, and absences without prior leave application may
result in disciplinary action.
School Activities: Participation in all school activities is encouraged for holistic
development.
Guidelines for
Parents
Academic Engagement: Ensure that your child reads the text thoroughly and engages in reading
good magazines and books during holidays.
Communication: Regularly check your child's notebooks for remarks and attend Parent-Teacher meets
to stay updated about your child's progress.
Suggestions: Feel free to share any suggestions or concerns with the Principal or use the
Suggestion Box for confidential feedback.
Uniform and Attendance: Send your child to school on time and in the prescribed uniform for
both summer and winter seasons. Send a leave note if your child is absent.
Co-curricular Activities: Encourage your child to participate in school-related co-curricular
activities for overall development.
Academic Reports: Monitor your child's academic reports regularly for better performance.
School Visits: Visit the school as requested or when necessary to stay involved in your
child's education journey.
